Description:

KSS is designed to operate as part of a self-propelled artillery installation and has the following main functions:

• providing the crew members of the facility with external simplex two-way telephone communication;
• of the crew of the facility with a duplex external telephone wired communication;
• of duplex internal telephone communication to crew members;
• of sound (voice) information to crew on critical operating modes of chassis and diesel generator;
• to ensure that the crew is informed of the operation of the anti-nuclear system;
• providing data transmission functions on radio and wired lines;

Components

• AVSK-1U crew intercom system (depending on the version AVSK-1U-06, AVSK-1U-08);
• R-168-25U-2 radio station;
• R-168 BShDA onboard broadband antenna;
• R-168 BAF-25(1) filter unit;
• FN-152 filter;
• ZAS secure communications equipment.
